Agility Gaming LLC recently identified and responded to a sophisticated fraudulent activity targeting our business. Immediate steps were taken to investigate, contain, and mitigate the issue.

The matter has been reported to the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3), and we are actively cooperating with the appropriate authorities.

At this time, there is no evidence that customer data has been accessed, compromised, or misused. All payment transactions continue to be securely processed through trusted third-party platforms, including Shopify and eBay.

As a precaution, we are implementing additional safeguards and strengthening our internal security measures to further protect our systems.
